Turisme Comunitat Valenciana iniciará el próximo 8 de junio, en colaboración con el Basque Culinary Center, el II Curso de Turismo Gastronómico ‘L’Exquisit Mediterrani’ en formato ‘online’.

Esta nueva edición, adaptada a las nuevas necesidades del sector derivadas de la Covid-19, se celebra en el marco de las actuaciones de la Red GastroTurística CV-L’Exquisit Mediterrani y del programa de formación continua de la Red de CdT.

El curso cuenta con el respaldo del Basque Culinary Center, “un centro de referencia internacional en materia gastronómica para avalar la docencia, el nivel formativo y la transferencia de conocimiento al sector turístico de la Comunitat Valenciana”, subraya la Generalitat.

Se ha diseñado un curso intensivo de 70 horas, con 30 plazas, contando con contenidos, docentes y plataforma del Basque Culinary Center, que se centrará en identificar oportunidades para el turismo gastronómico y nuevas estrategias para este nuevo contexto del mercado; así como en la optimización de la comunicación, distribución y venta de productos turísticos gastronómicos por parte de destinos y empresas, coincidiendo con la progresiva recuperación de la movilidad social y activación turística. El plazo de preinscripción ya está abierto y el curso se desarrollará del 8 al 30 de junio.

El curso está especialmente dirigido a personal técnico y profesionales de los destinos y entidades que trabajan dentro de la Red GastroTurística de la Comunitat Valenciana L’Exquisit Mediterrani, que tendrán prioridad en la matrícula.

También, podrán participar profesionales en activo de la restauración, cocina, sala, sumillería, repostería, agroturismo, enoturismo, oleoturismo, pescaturismo, guías y agentes de viajes especializados en gastroturismo vinculados a empresas adheridas a CreaTurisme, con distintivos Sicted, o que acrediten un mínimo de dos años de experiencia en la materia.

In collaboration with the Basque Culinary Center, Turisme Comunitat Valenciana will start the 2nd Gastronomic Tourism Course ‘L’Exquisit Mediterrani’ in ‘online’ format on June 8th.

This new edition, adapted to the new needs of the sector derived from the Covid-19, is held within the framework of the actions of the CV-L’Exquisit Mediterrani GastroTouristic Network and the continuing training program of the CdT Network.

The course has the backing of the Basque Culinary Center, “a center of international reference in gastronomic matters to endorse teaching, the level of training and the transfer of knowledge to the tourism sector in the Valencian Community,” stresses the Generalitat.

An intensive 70-hour course has been designed, with 30 places, with content, teachers and the Basque Culinary Center platform, which will focus on identifying opportunities for gastronomic tourism and new strategies for this new market context; as well as in the optimization of communication, distribution and sale of gastronomic tourism products by destinations and companies, coinciding with the progressive recovery of social mobility and tourist activation. The pre-registration period is now open and the course will run from June 8 to 30.

The course is especially aimed at technical personnel and professionals from the destinations and entities that work within the Gastronomic Tourism Network of the Valencian Community L’Exquisit Mediterrani, who will have priority in enrollment.

Also, active professionals from the restaurant, kitchen, living room, sommelier, confectionery, agrotourism, wine tourism, oleotourism, fishing tourism, guides and travel agents specialized in gastrotourism linked to companies affiliated with CreaTurisme, with Sicted badges, or that accredit a minimum of two years of experience in the subject.
